You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the ktk999 platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. ktk999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be suspended immediately and any associated funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address. Any false or misleading information provided during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ktk999. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, ktk999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold outstanding balances pending investigation.

As part of our commitment to player safety and the integrity of the platform, ktk999 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — meaning funds sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. ktk999 does not charge a deposit fee, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: typically under 5 minutes after approval
• Rocket and Upay: typically under 15 minutes after approval
• Bank transfer (where available): 1–3 business days

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ktk999 reserves the right to request additional verification before releasing any withdrawal that exceeds ৳50,000.

The platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Any currency conversion required when using international payment instruments is performed at the prevailing market rate and any resulting exchange costs are borne by the player. ktk999 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees charged by third-party processors.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ktk999 are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed on the individual promotion page. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bonuses must be claimed within the specified validity window; expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

The Welcome Bonus is available to new players only, limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Players who have previously held an account with ktk999 under any identity are not eligible for the Welcome Bonus. ktk999 reserves the right to withdraw the Welcome Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the ktk999 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, coordinated wagering strategies designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or any other behaviour deemed abusive at ktk999's sole discretion — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and winnings derived from them, and may result in permanent account closure.

ktk999 may offer special promotions coinciding with events including BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladeshi cultural occasions. Each seasonal promotion will carry its own specific terms published at the time of launch. These Terms apply in addition to those specific promotion terms.

A bet or wager is only confirmed once the platform has issued an on-screen confirmation and a transaction reference. ktk999 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced, placed at an erroneous price, or accepted due to a technical fault. In such circumstances, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

ktk999 offers sportsbook markets on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All odds are displayed in decimal format unless otherwise specified. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed and confirmed. In-play betting markets close at the sole discretion of the ktk999 trading desk.

In the event of a game or platform malfunction, all bets in progress at the time of the malfunction may be voided and stakes returned. ktk999 is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience caused by technical interruptions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or third-party provider outages. The Company will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible.

All content on the ktk999 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of ktk999 or its licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform's content without the prior written consent of ktk999.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by the ktk999 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. ktk999 uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and any individual promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ktk999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

The failure by ktk999 to enforce any right or provision under these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision on any future occasion. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by ktk999.
